Are there any tips on how to increase taiga-back performance ?

How I load test :
using jmeter running 10 threads for 2minutes with scenario

1. create new milestone
2. create user stories
3. move story to milestone
4. create task
5. assign task
6. update custom attributes in task

Infras :
using kubernetes from alib\*\*a cloud ( not sure I can mention cloud provider name here or not )

here are what I have tried in summary :

1. configuring number of workers and threads
increasing number of workers from 1workers → 3 workers increase performance and maximize the cpu usage.
configuration : 2vcpu 2GB 2pods 1worker 2 threads

configuration : 2vcpu 2GB 2pods 3worker 2 threads

1. increasing resources
increasing resources does not significantly increase the throughput
configuration : 2vcpu 2GB 2pods 3worker 2 threads

configuration : 2vcpu 2GB 4pods 3worker 2 threads

Database usage is considered low
CPU around 20%, Mem is stable
