I added the email id and role and then clicked Invite. I get an error “To add members to a project, first you have to verify your email address”

I am the “admin”. Can someone help?

Hi there!

Sure, if you are an admin you can go to the Django admin and make sure the “Verified email” is ticked.

Best!

Hi @Charlie this problem is happening to one of my colleagues. Can you clarify what you mean by “go to the Django admin”? Thank you

Hi @leeivyca!

Sure, Taiga’s backend is programmed in python with Django framework, and it comes with a prebuilt admin panel. It depends on how you installed it and configured, but if you followed the docker setup guide you’ll probably have it at `taiga.yourdomain.com/admin`.

Best!

Thanks! It sounds like Django is only available to users who deploy their own copy of Taiga. Is there a corresponding admin screen for cloud based users?

Yes, it is not available to cloud users and there is no similar screen.

In our SaaS (cloud) we have fully working email sending, so your colleague should just verify their email, and then they’ll be able to invite other members.

They can try searching their email clients for emails coming from [taiga.io](http://taiga.io).

Best!
