# Is tree.taiga.io down?

I am trying to open [tree.taiga.io](http://tree.taiga.io), but when I click on it, the loading times out and gives me this error:
Why isn’t it loading?

We checked our systems and we have not had any outages. It might be a network issue from your side.

Same here. I’ve tried multiple browsers and private mode, so it’s not a cookie issue or something like that.

There was an incident with our cloud provider that made the site unavailable for ~20 minutes, from 2024-10-04T17:00:00Z to 2024-10-04T17:23:00Z.

Today, I was able to access it again. But then I wasn’t.
The connection timed out on both the test on the main browser and private browser. I use my college’s wifi
