# Taiga First Installation

Hello,  
When I launch Taiga from my web browser for the first time, I get the error :  
Something happened and the Taiga has captured the error to be able to work on it.  
I installed Taiga from source code and not with Docker.  
My VM is Ubuntu 22.04. I don’t know where to start debugging, a little help would be great.

Hi there,

Did you follow this guide? [Install Taiga in Production](https://docs.taiga.io/setup-production.html#_introduction)

Please review all the steps, and also attach any error logs from your network console and systemd services.

Hello, yes I follow this guide.  
All the services are up:  
● taiga-events.service - taiga\_events  
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/taiga-events.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)  
Active: active (running) since Wed 2024-10-23 17:55:31 CEST; 18h ago

● taiga.service - taiga\_back  
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/taiga.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)  
Active: active (running) since Wed 2024-10-23 17:55:31 CEST; 18h ago

● taiga-protected.service - taiga\_protected  
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/taiga-protected.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)  
Active: active (running) since Wed 2024-10-23 17:55:31 CEST; 18h ago

● taiga-async.service - taiga\_async  
Loaded: loaded (/etc/systemd/system/taiga-async.service; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)  
Active: active (running) since Wed 2024-10-23 17:55:33 CEST; 18h ago

Where I can find more logs to help you and me ?

I have reconfigure my installation with docker but no it is https which is not working. I open a new case. Thanks for your help on this ticket
