# Taiga on prem, cant add user to project, even in django admin section

Hi,  
I recently installed taiga on a on premise server , from source code. All is working well nonetheless I can’t add any user in any project. I created users with verified account directly from django admin section (managed to logg in with , create project ..) but when I try to add membership to project users aren’t referenced, and I’ve the same issue when trying to do so from web console , in project setting section. I don’t know why users created aern’t referenced over the on prem taiga. I didn’t configure smtp yet and don’t plan to do so , is there any solution to add project membership without email and only based on user names ? Thanks !

Edit: I managed to add users to projects by hand and now they appear in member list but I had to do it with CLI, don’t know why but it seems to be a front problem
