Hi there,
That is not an official way to install Taiga. And definitely, we do not support nor condone a third party paywalling a config file to be able to self-host Taiga.
That said, what do you mean it does not show attachments?
Please post a screenshot showcasing your issue, and check the network tab of your browser’s developer tools to see if the media requests are being blocked.

Do the attachments exist on your disk?
If they do, please check your taiga-gateway logs as well. There may be some permissions issue.
