How do I get a permalink to a comment in a user story or epic?

I can’t figure out how to link to a specific comment (even as an anchor element) in a story or epic. All I see are ‘edit’ or ‘delete’ icons next to each comment, and the timestamp is not clickable.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
