We build specific sprints using the Backlog element of Scrum.
The experience is quite clunky in terms of dragging and dropping stories into Sprints. The navigation of Sprints down the right hand side is cumbersome and hard to work with because of the following reasons.
- You cannot set the order of sprints in the list you are enforcing a order that does not make sense to us. We think it is because of the date ranges which are not the core priority for us, it is what needs to be done to deliver the sprint
- Dragging two or more stories to a sprint is clunky and often does not work
- Their is no right mouse click option to say Add to Sprint with the ability to select which sprint to add them to
- The amount of space on the right hand side of backlog screen is too narrow, it would be better of it was wider e.g. 40% of the width of the page
These feel like easy changes to experience layer ad improvement in precision of drag and drop. Again this feels like a valuable user configured preference settings
