Add a separate email address to receive billing-related messages

Currently, the email containing the monthly invoice is sent to the same email address as the profile’s, which isn’t good for companies. We have a separate email for that, and it seems we cannot define that anywhere in the system.

So, feature request: Enable defining a separate email address for billing-related messages.

There actually is a place to change the billing email, but I get it might be a bit convoluted.
