Are epics available in the free cloud-based product?

I have created a Scrum-style project. The Settings | Modules page shows Epics, Kanban and Meet Up, though all are greyed out and lack toggles. On the Settings | Members page, I do not set a toggle to grant administrator permissions.

For what it is worth, I am running Chrome on Mac OSX and authenticating via GitHub.
