If the Tag is ‘daily’, then set the status from ‘closed’ to ‘new’ at 4:00 am and reset the to be done date.
If the Tag is ‘weekly’, then set the status from ‘closed’ to ‘new’ on Monday mornings at 4:00 am and reset the to be done date.
