Front end changes do not happen until i refresh

Whether I create a new project, card or anything, once I click the “ok” button, nothing happens on the front end.

For example:
New user story > fill out form > create > nothing.

But when I refresh the page, the card is created.

This is true for almost every button.

I am running the self-hosted stable version via the production installation

I also cannot add tasks.

When I press enter, I see this. nginx logs doesnt show any errors.

Hi there!

What about taiga logs? And the browser’s console and network tabs? Do they show any error?

Moreover, check taiga-events is running and not throwing any error.
