I would like to import projects from MeisterTask which I believe is essentially same as Trello.
Would this be possible?

Currently we don’t support MeisterTask and for Taiga6 we don’t expect to give support to this integration.
For the next version of Taiga, currently in development, we can take this into account and review it when it comes to the integrations with other systems.
