Everything use to work fine but now it’s doesn’t which is strange.

We would need additional information to be able to help. Are you using tree.taiga.io or a self-hosted instance?
In case you are using a self-hosted instance, can you share any logs? Maybe also check the database directly, the users table.

I am self-hosted, I tried to load some logs but it is ridiculous to make sense.
Based on the image above which one of the logs do you want to see?
For this case, probably taiga-back and nginx logs.
