Hi, we are considering in the NGO I work with to start with a Project Management Tool. The idea is not to extend its use to the whole staff, but only use it in one of the teams (for now), but we would need then to share the state of play of the project with the wider staff every 15 days, via a visual a pdf or some other way…Is there an option in Taiga to take a “static picture” of the project to “export” it an make it available to non-taiga members?
Thanks for the tips!
Best
Samuel
Hi there!
Not as an image or PDF, though you can export CSV reports.
You can also allow public access to your project. If you are using a self-hosted, you can limit who this “public” is by only having Taiga accessible on your local network, but if you are using our SaaS (https://tree.taiga.io) then everybody could see the project, so proceed with care.
Best regards!
Thanks, Charlie
A follow-up question from me would be:
Is we give public access to the project and define who this “public” is (aka, the rest of our staff), would this people need to have an account in Taiga or could they access the project with an external link?
Thanks for the clarification!!

Again, it depends.
These are the permissions required so that someone without an account. Anyone without an account, you cannot “fine-tune” who that is. You can give external users the ability to just view issues, for example, so you can fine-tune what they can see but not who.
The rest of the roles and permissions would apply to members of the project only.
Hope this clarifies the question!
