I have a Docker instance of taiga and was wandering if taiga support multiple CAS providers as in I have multiple button with a different cas login that different companies can use to access the same instance

Not sure if this is what you are asking for, but there is an OpenID community plugin.
In any case, it would only add one button, not several buttons for several companies.
