New to Taiga in what context are requirement setting in epic to be interpreted?

When you create an epic there are buttons at the bottom Team Requirement and Client Requirement. Is this meant to mean a requirement that originated FROM the Team or FROM the Client? Or is it meant to mean a requirement that the Team or the Client is RESPONSIBLE to complete?

“Client Requirement” means that it is the client who created/requested the new user story (e.g., a new feature or a redesign), and “Team Requirement” means that it is the team who requires it (e.g., a code refactoring). The intention is to identify the reason for deviations in planning more easily.
