No warning or confirmation when mentioning someone (@...) that is not a member of a given project

I accidentally mentionned (@…) a wrong user in a user story discussion and I have no idea if the message was sent to him.

This user does not belong to the project (and I actually don’t know him at all).

Taiga should warn me before the message is sent to avoid this kind of problem.

My project being a private project, will that person see the message or not ? Will him see the User Story ?

Hi there,

If the user is not a member of your project, they will not appear on the list that shows when you are typing a username.

Also, if the project is private, they will neither receive notifications nor see any info unless they are a member of the project.
