My Question is , Is there any option available to make Subtasks/Child Tasks of the tasks we make In user stories ?
If Yes, how can I enable that option?

As of now, there is no option to create subtasks.

Sometimes I promote a user story task to a user story. That might get you close to what you want.
so, how do we maintain the granularity of our project if we are converting tasks to User Stories
You can’t. I sometimes put links in the description back to the main user story. As I wrote - it may get you close to what you want.
