User limit - tasks (subtasks) - checklists - Lanes

Hello, sorry many questions.

What is the limit of users I can have in my project?

In the free plan, are there any task limitations? Limits?
My question arises regarding the following:

We currently have 110 people in a collaborative project, and this number fluctuates, tending to grow to more people soon.

I need all 110 (and all future ones) to have permission to add tasks to a task (Story).

If a user only has editing permission, can he edit the tasks and add tasks, or should he be added to the card?

Is there a user limit?

Another question is, is there any way to create SUB-TASKS?

For example:

have different checklists, where tasks are added to these checklists, as is done in Trello?

Regarding Lanes, is there any way to hide items for each lane?

In other words, only what we need to appear in the lane.

Hi there!

As of now, there are no task or user limits on the free plan.

In Taiga there are no permissions on specific cards, but rather on the project as a whole. You can configure several different permissions on several different elements (for example, a role can view user stories and edit them, but only view tasks and not edit them).

You can add tasks to a user story, but cannot add sub-tasks to tasks.

I’m not sure I understand your question about the lanes, could you expand on that?

Best regards!

Hello, thanks for the quick reply.
about lines this is what I mean.

for example, in the wikis line, if I don’t need the blue space, can I remove it?

because that way I can split it into multiple lines and have an improved flow.

Hi,

No, you can either collapse the entire swim lane, or an entire column, but not specific cells on a lane to be reclaimed by another lane.

Best regards!

Hi, another question, is there a process on the computer where I can drag the tasks and change their sequence.

but not on the cell phone, is there any plan?
it would be nice to be able to order, drag and drop the tasks in the desired position within a checklist
