Taiga blocked our IP and we cannpt access taiga through our wifi network

We have been using Taiga for around two months, and it was working fine. One fine day, we couldn’t access Taiga since it was not loading when connected to our wifi network. Initially, we thought it was due to our firewall, which has blocked the Taiga URL, but after support from Fireblock, we found out that Taiga has blocked our IP. Please resolve this as soon as possible. @Charlie please look into this. Otherwise, let me know whom to contact and their email ID.

As I’m sure you will understand, we do not just unblock IPs because you ask nicely (though that is a good first step). We review WHY it was blocked and whether it is safe to unblock you.

I’ll let you know about the reasons in the ticket so you can prevent this from happening in the future.

Yeah, I wrote previously about issues in self-hosting. After that, we didn’t try to move forward with self-hosting, but we are fully on Taiga, I will write a email to your support also, please resolve this as soon as possible. Let me know if you need any details from our end. @Charlie

@Charlie, our IP has again been blocked. Could you please check on this? If it is due to a DOS attack, does it mean that you are receiving a huge traffic? Around 30 to 40 people from our company are using this tool, and that is why you may be experiencing high traffic or requests. Please let me know the solution to this ASAP.
