Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m not having any issues with any other websites.

Hi there!
https://taiga.io (our landing page) and https://tree.taiga.io (our SaaS) are on different IPs.
In any case, we just checked and both seem to be working, and we have no alerts that may suggest otherwise.
Best!
Hmm, I’m getting the same IP for both taiga.io and tree.taiga.io, so perhaps that is part of why it’s not working?
$ curl -v https://tree.taiga.io/

* IPv6: (none)
* IPv4: 45.84.208.140

I’ve tried on multiple devices, all behave the same.
Do you have a firewall or WAF that could be blocking me for some reason?
I definitely need to start self-hosting. I track my business on taiga, an outage like this is no bueno.
I disconnected my phone from the wifi and on cellular connection I can connect.
So looks like there’s a firewall blocking somewhere. Can you confirm I’m resolving taiga.io and tree.taiga.io to the correct IP? Can someone check the firewall logs for blocked requests? My IP is 206.83.9X.2XX. Starlink, New Zealand.
I hopped on to an AWS EC2 instance in Sydney, and it is working fine from there. Hostname resolves to same IP and everything.
Please please please could someone check firewall and/or WAF logs?
Hi, Kabo,
Yeah, the IP resolves correctly, sorry for the misunderstanding, -the previous topology they were separate IPs.
Regarding you being blocked, it might be, we do have Firewall, WAF and IP Abuse filters.
So please write to support@taiga.io with your full IP.
Best!
