Unable to mention members using Brave browser

Hello!

I’m using Taiga (hosted) and I noticed that when using Brave ( v1.62.156, Jan 31, 2024), I’m unable to mention users in comments.

When I type @, nothing happens (it doesn’t popup with the user list):

There are no issues in the DevTools console.

The same project/ticket works fine when I use Firefox, so this seems to be specifically on Brave. I also disabled the “Brave Shields” and this didn’t fix it.

I appreciate this is a niche browser, but I was wondering if anyone else has the same issue?

Hi @londonappdev

You are in “markdown mode” and the autocomplete functionality only works in “html mode”.

So you can change the mode and try it again.

Ah yes you are right. I switched the mode and it works. Thank you!
