I am unable to log into tree.Taiga.io (Saas). I can log into this community side just fine, with the same credentials. I tried both on a private browser window and I have the same issue. I thought maybe the community account is a separate account, so I tried creating an account on the tree.Taiga side, but it says my email is already in use. I saw that several others have had a similar issue to this, and I hate to make another repeat post, but the only solution I have seen is to email suppport@taiga.io. I tried that but got an email bounce-back with a 550 “address does not exist” error. I have used a few other products for Kanban and was excited to give Taiga a try (at the recommendation of a teammate), but this is a rough first experience. Any direction to where I can get help would be appreciated!
I was able to log in by resetting my password, and by using my email instead of user name. It appears the tree.Taiga.io is indeed a separate account from the community login, and I had an old account from nearly ten years ago on the same email that I do not remember ever using (I have some old project that isn’t mine, so maybe I accepted some invite from someone else?)
This issue has been resolved - but I would just request that documentation of the fact that community logins and Taiga Saas logins are different accounts would really be helpful!
They are indeed two separate accounts!
Regarding the support email, you added an extra “p”, it’s support@taiga.io, not suppport@taiga.io
