Checklist with invisible checkboxes

adding a checklist in a task description but it does not appear after save:

tried on another computer to see if it is related but no.
the checklist is there, I can see it if I edit the description and check/uncheck items, but it does not appear out of edit mode.

using cloud version on taiga.io

here is markdown of the description I typed

Thank you! The issue was resolved on GitHub yesterday, so it will be fixed in the Taiga SaaS release.
