Our Cameroon-based venture studio loves Taiga, and we use it extensively. However, it appears that you maybe geo-blocking our region. We are only able to access it over a VPN. This is not consistent, however. So it may not be geo-blocking per se. What can we do to troubleshoot this?

We are not applying any geoblocking, no. But we do have several security measures in place, so maybe your address was detected as attacking.

Ok thank you. The site is currently loading, but next time it happens, I’ll forward our IPs to the support address.
We are a pretty large team (~20), all behind a single IP address (most of the time). I imagine that could look like abuse if we’re all opening Taiga at the same time.
